FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. How does it work?

                                         This one-to-one training takes place online, via Zoom and email. Your trainer personally                                                                                 works with you, evaluates your weekly assigments and provides suggestions on                                                                how to improve your performance and test taking skills.

2. How long do I have to complete the 10 modules?

                                    You have up to 12 weeks to complete the ten modules. You keep the handouts, and any other material.                       These may be useful to practice with in the future.

3. How many one-to-one sessions with the trainer will I have?

Weekly 1:20-hour sessions. You may contract with the trainer for extra sessions.

4. Can I contact the trainer by email when I have a problem?

You have email access to the trainer 24/7, and you will receive a response within 48 hours.

5. How do I schedule my sessions with the trainer?

Once you have registered, you and the trainer will agree on a mutually convenient schedule.

6. Will there be homework?

This program works, if you work. For every module, there will be assignments.

7. Do you issue a certificate of completion?

Yes, you will be issued one.

8. Do you help me find work after the exam?

                                            We will forward to you any vacancy notices we find or find us. You may also add us                                     to your list of references. 

9. What other future benefits will I enjoy?  

We will also mentor you with regards to job applications, client finding, rates, and market trends. 

10. How much does it cost?

1/25 of what you would make as federally certified interpreter!
